Content audit, visitor scenarios, and sample wireframes

Project overview
For McAfee's LiveSafe™ product campaign, I helped redesign the marketing page for the cloud-based, cross-device security service that protects consumer data and identities.

Date
Launched August 2013

Key contributions

  • Conducted content audit of existing marketing page to determine missing elements and content redundancies.
  • Collaborated with UX designer peer on creating site visitor scenarios to inform a new structure addressing different visitor needs. We also introduced a position-fixed navigation allowing users to jump to site content that meets their needs at any time.
  • Created wireframes for new page as blueprint for art and copy direction. Updates include displaying product features and benefits in digestible overviews, allowing deeper product exploration through collapsible modules.
  • Used InVision to prototype two paths of purchasing the product to encourage more user-centric flows.
